I begin my work with each person from a framework informed by the practice of Mindfulness. I start in this way because I trust this framework to be a safe place to begin and offer a safe, ethical and compassionate way of working. We will work together to explore how what is happening in the moment can have an effect on your everyday life.
My experience and current psychological research confirms the relationship between therapist and client to be the defining factor in successful psychotherapy and counselling.
I offer short term and long term mindful psychotherapy, which can be from 6 to 12 sessions and can be as long or short as required. I also offer open ended psychotherapy, exploring the underlying issues behind present concerns at greater depth.
With this in mind, I offer sessions for anyone who feels that they suffer from:
